You may be aware of our No Frills Collection series range currently available online and in-store sold as a high VG/PG. After a few discussions, meetings and mock-ups we came to the conclusion that we want to accommodate our customers who prefer a lower VG ratio, which leads us to today where we have released the No Frills 80ml collection series in 50/50 VG/PG.
What is a shortfill?
Shortfills is the e-liquid without nicotine, this gives you full control on how much nicotine you would like to add so that you can customise your e-liquid. They’re called shortfills because there’s extra space in each bottle, allowing you to add your nicotine shots.
Shortfills with a higher VG level are best suited for sub-ohm vape as VG is a lot more dense than PG enabling you to create huge clouds. Whereas 50/50 VG/PG shortfill e-liquids are suitable in pod kits and starter kits.
How many nicotine shots do you need?
It will determine the size of the shortfill. A 50ml shortfill will require 1 x Nic Shot, an 80ml shortfill will require 2 x nic shots and a 100ml shortfill will require 2 x nic shots and a 200ml shortfill will require 4 x nic shots.
How to mix nic shots with shortfills?
Once you have your desired shortfill and nic shots, you will need to remove the lids. The shortfill will have a removable nozzle/tip. Once you have removed this you can go ahead and squeeze the nic shots into the shortfill bottle.
Place the nozzle back on the shortfill along with the lid and shake well. You can then go ahead and prime your coil and vape away. Read more about priming your coil here.
